What we do
The FST delivers flexible, family-focused interventions to enable parents to improve their parenting capacity and recognise their strengths and build resilience. The objective of the service is to prevent the break-up of families and reduce the numbers of children accomodated by the LA. The service is integrated into Newport City Council's Children's Services and is only accessible to children with a caseholding Social Worker.
