What we do
Advocacy is provided for children and young people aged 5-26 who are looked after and accommodated in residential, foster care, kinship and at home, on the child protection register, or have emotional well-being and mental health issues under the terms of the Mental Health (Care & Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003. Children with Additional Support Needs.
We can help with
- One-to-one support for looked-after children and young people and other vulnerable young people e.g. those on a child protection plan focused on their right to be heard and involved in decisions about them, explaining their wishes, arguing their case. Activities and training for families and professionals.
