What we do
Providing individual targeted holistic support and group engagement programmes for vulnerable young people and care leavers aged 13-25 who have a range of needs including mental health/emotional well-being, relationship issues, housing/homelessness and are assessed as being at risk. We work collaboratively with a wide range of partners including schools, North Tyneside Council Children, Young People and Learning services, Health services/professionals, voluntary sector together with parents/carers
We can help with
- Services supporting children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing. We have centres where children and young people can visit and have a trained worker they can trust and talk to. We help them build their confidence and get to the root of their difficulties.
