B Enabled Outreach Support

What we do

B‑Enabled Outreach Service supports children and young people who are not accessing full‑time education, with a strong focus on mental health, emotional wellbeing, and holistic development.
Our service bridges the gap between formal education and community engagement by providing individualised, therapeutic support programmes that prioritise mental and emotional wellbeing. We work alongside young people to stabilise their mental health, build resilience, and develop the confidence and skills needed to progress towards reintegration into an appropriate educational setting.
We have particular expertise in supporting children and young people who experience a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, attachment difficulties, and the impact of trauma or significant life events. We also work with children and young people with SEND and disabilities, recognising the close relationship between mental health, neurodiversity, and learning.
Our work focuses on helping young people to understand, recognise, and regulate their emotions, develop positive coping strategies, strengthen social and communication skills, and improve self‑esteem. We provide structured opportunities to increase independence, confidence, and essential life skills, promoting long‑term emotional wellbeing and engagement.
Programmes are tailored to each individual's needs through close consultation with parents and carers, the young person, educational settings, and other professionals involved.
Delivery is flexible and responsive, offered 1:1, 2:1, or in small group settings, and can take place in the home, in school, within the community, or virtually. This flexibility ensures barriers linked to mental health, anxiety, or engagement are reduced, allowing young people to access support in ways that feel safe, consistent, and supportive.
