Stuck at home, thinking about what to cook while also keeping healthy? Now more than ever, staying healthy is important. With restrictions on our usual activity meaning we’re indoors most of the day, our fitness and mental health is something we now have to focus on maintaining - and balanced meals are a key part of both.

Although the UK is in lockdown, it is still important for both adults and children to continue enjoying varied and balanced meals and staying healthy. That means eating a variety of fruit, vegetables, carbohydrates, dairy (or dairy alternatives) and protein. The NHS Eatwell guide shows us what a balanced diet should look like.

We have compiled a selection of websites below, providing inspiration for yummy, healthy and affordable meals you can create, perfect for you and your little ones!
