  • YIP Achieving Chnage Together

    Achieving change together is our intensive family support service aimed at supporting families with a range of support needs including parental mental health, concerns around neglect for the children, problematic substance misuse, domestic abuse etc.

  • YIP Early Years - Early Intervention

    The service is aimed at providing an early intervention support service to families with children aged 0-5. The service works in close collaboration with the health visiting teams to try and intervene as early as possible and prevent emerging needs from escalating and impacting on children's healthy development pathways.

  • Youth Involvement & Family Support Project

    Barnardos family support service we work with children and young people aged 0-21 or 0 -26 if care experienced, who have a range of emotional needs. We also work with their parents/carers and families to build on the emotional resilience of each family member, to promote positive mental health and to encourage social inclusion.
