What we do
Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership have identified a gap in service provision for a small number of young people on the edge of care, aged twelve years and over, requiring intensive, flexible support, including evenings and at weekends.
As part of a city-wide service across Glasgow, the service will promote the wellbeing of children and young people and to support them to stay at home and thrive with their families within their local communities
Along with Glasgow HSCP, Barnardo's will support this partnership alongside Includem and Action for Children.
