About this service

Freeman Family Centre opened in 2007 to provide support and intervention to struggling families, their children and young people. It is a partnership project between Barnardo’s, The Freeman Family Trust and London Borough of Brent Council.
Barnardo's currently facilitate a Brent Council Contact service at the centre - a family friendly space where vulnerable children and young people who have been estranged from their parents are able to come together in a safe environment. There are plans in place for further children and young people services.
In addition to this work, Freeman Family Centre also offers activities for the local community, some of which may include English Conversation Class, IT Class, Money Management Workshops, holiday workshops for local children. The centre facilitates the work of an education charity providing after school lessons supporting children to achieve their full potential.
