What we do
Service providing holistic support for families who have a child or children who have a life-limiting condition and complex health needs. Support includes pre and post bereavement emotional support, as well as practical, advocacy and signposting support to parents/carers, child/young person and their siblings. The service works with Health, Social Care, Education and other Charities as a multi - disciplinary team to ensure families needs and memories are met. The service works within Nottingham City Council boundaries and parts of Mid and South Nottinghamshire. Predominately the service works with children with a diagnosis of genetic, neuromuscular, degenerative, and neurological conditions.
