A mixed methods evaluation of the Prevention Education Programme on child sexual exploitation delivered to children and young people in a range of settings.

The findings show how the service is meeting its objectives with regards to promoting the identification of risk of child sexual exploitation by professionals and improving their education about how to meet the needs of children affected by sexual exploitation. Although there are some promising indications, findings are less clear in terms of how successfully the programme is raising awareness and understandings of rights, risks and responsibilities which help equip young people to stay safe and healthy.
