What we do
We offer early intervention, needs led support, via one to one work with children, young people, parents/carers. Our goal is to support a foundation to identify and confidently live the life they want as their authentic self. We offer 4 one to one sessions with child/young person and give them a safe space to talk about their needs.
Exploring strengths, needs, and identity as an individual.
Helping build self-advocacy skills to confidently explain what support works best.
