What we do
Delivered in partnership with the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle and James Cook University hospital in Teesside, this service offers social work interventions and family support - (practical and emotional ) where a child has been diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis.
We can help with
- Practical help, advice, activities and emotional support for children and their families.
- Search for Life-limiting conditions services
- Including children and young people with disabilities in community activities and decisions about themselves.
