What we do
Barnardo's and NELFT deliver the Healthy Child Programme in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham 0-19. This is an integrated service that combines health visiting, school nursing services with the National Child Measurement Programme(NCMP). Barnardo's deliver non clinical services e.g. Ages and Stages Development Health Reviews , NCMP, School engagement support, early Intervention and Health promotion Support towards reducing health inequalities. LBBD Service is an innovative place based service model giving information, advice and support for Children Young people , families, carers and the community. Volunteering and co-production with families to deliver service to need.
