Birmingham Bed Poverty

Working across the City of Birmingham, the service will provide beds, bedding, and other essentials for safe sleeping to children identified via Education and/or Early Help with a focus on supporting schools across the city.
The service will work in partnership with Birmingham Voluntary Services Council, Schools and Early Help System Partners taking an active lead to work with partner organisations such as health, education, voluntary and community services to achieve the best outcomes for the young person.
To provide individual support to families with children and young people who are affected by a range of issues i.e. offer further support, signposting, and referrals into the wider EH and EY system where possible.
