What we do
Believe: Positive Destinations is a 12-week work readiness programme for young people aged 16 to 25 with little or no work experience. Participants are holistically supported to build their confidence and develop key workplace skills through a mixture of workshops and up to 25 days work experience.
We can help with
- We support young people to gain the skills they need to enter the world of work by providing advice and advocating for them. We focus on increasing children and young people's confidence, resilience and self-esteem through employment, work experience, volunteering, educational opportunities and qualifications so they are able to thrive.
