What we do
Emotional Wellbeing Support Pathway for Children Entering Care
Within the first three months of a young person entering care, professionals supporting them should consider their emotional wellbeing with the young person. Where there is an identified need, a referral for further support should be considered and the young person has consented. This pathway offers up to 8 sessions of therapeutic wellbeing support delivered over a 12 week period.
We can help with
- No child should be left to deal with poor mental health alone so we provide services supporting children and young people's emotional health and wellbeing. We have centres where children and young people can visit and have a trained worker they can trust and talk to. We help them build their confidence and get to the root of their difficulties so they can feel safer, happier, healthier and more hopeful.
