"My support worker made me feel like I belonged"

Getting ready to become a parent for the first time can make you feel anxious. That’s how Charlotte was feeling when she started coming to Barnardo’s as she was preparing for the birth of her son. But the support and advice she received made her feel at ease. 
In the years since then Charlotte has had someone to turn to at her local Barnardo’s run children centre.
