We’re raising money to support Barnardo’s services helping children, young people, and families feel safer, happier, healthier, and more hopeful.
How do I enter a prize draw?
There are three methods of entry.

On the Crowdfunder prize draw listing, select your chosen entry amount and enter your first name, surname and contact email address. You will then be required to enter your debit/credit card details.

Via a Barnardo’s retail store, let the store assistant know how many entries you would like to purchase and provide them with your first name, surname, telephone number, address and email (if available). The store assistant will take your payment via cash or debit/credit card.

Free postal entry, submit your postal entry within an envelope, or on a postcard with a postage stamp (one entry per envelope or postcard). Write within the envelope or on the postcard your first name and surname, full address (no PO Box addresses will be accepted), contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number), email address (if available) and post it to:

Can I enter a prize draw if I’m not a UK resident?
No, the prize draw is only open to UK residents. Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions carefully, especially the sections about eligibility, access to the prize, and any associated costs.
Can I enter the draw if I live in Northern Ireland or Gibraltar?
Yes, you can enter the draw if you live in Northern Ireland. If you live in Gibraltar unfortunately you will not be able to enter.
How many times can I enter the draw?
There is no limit to the number of entries you can make. Please note that a postal entry per envelope or postcard is counted as one entry.
What do I do if I make an error in entry?

Can you tell me whether you have received my postal entry?
If you have entered by post, we will not be able to let you know whether we have received your entry until the free prize draw closes. Although we are opening post daily, we have no control over when Royal Mail will deliver us your entry. If your entry is received before the postal entry date of 17 October 2025 then it will be entered into the draw. Proof of posting cannot however be taken as proof of receiving.
How do I know when the prize draw closes?
Postal entries need to arrive by 17 October 2025. If you're entering online through the Crowdfunder page, you’ve got until midnight on 19 October 2025. If you're entering in a Barnardo’s retail store, you will need to purchase your entry before the store closes on 19 October 2025.
How do I know if I have won a prize?
If you win a prize, Barnardo’s attempt to contact and confirm the winner using the details provided during business hours on Monday 27 October. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize allocated to them within 48 hours of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted using reasonable efforts or if the prize is not accepted by the winner within these timeframes then they will forfeit the prize and it will be reallocated to a reserve winner.
Will winner details be made available and can I opt out of this if I win?
The first name and country of winners will be available on request by emailing [email protected].
If you prefer that this information isn’t disclosed publicly, please contact our Supporter Care team by emailing [email protected] or calling 0300 003 2025. We may still need to provide this information to a regulator if challenged, to demonstrate that a valid draw has taken place.
Are there age restrictions for entrants?
Yes, you must be a minimum of 18 years old to enter the prize draw.
Can I enter the draw if I’m an employee or volunteer of Barnardo’s or an employee of one of the companies involved in running, administrating or providing prizes for the draw?
You can enter the draw as long as you’re not directly involved in any aspect of running, administrating or providing prizes for the draw.
If you work or volunteer for Barnardo’s or for any of the companies involved in organizing, managing, or providing prizes for the draw, and you have been involved in any aspect of the draw e.g. selling entries, unfortunately you cannot enter the draw. This also applies to your close relatives such as your partner or spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, and in-laws. It also includes anyone who lives in the same household you (except for flatmates or tenants).

Prize draw terms and conditions
Barnardo's and Wicked: For Good Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. The Barnardo's and Wicked: For Good Prize Draw (the “Draw”) is run by Barnardo’s (the “Promoter”), registered charity numbers 216250/SCO37605 (Registered office address: Tanners Lane, Barkingside, Ilford, Essex IG6 1QG). Registered Charity No: 216250 / SC037605.
2. The Draw will be operated by Woods Group Limited (trading as Woods Valldata), a company registered in England and Wales, with registered address at Bumpers Way, Chippenham SN14 6NG and registered company number 03665861 (“Woods”).
3. Entries may be made by post or via a designated website owned and operated by Crowdfunder Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered address at 3 Southview House St Austell Enterprise Park, Carclaze, St Austell, Cornwall, United Kingdom, PL25 4EJ and registered company number 2610949 (“Crowdfunder”) or at Barnardo’s retail premises via point of sale devices, as detailed within these terms and conditions.
4. Prizes are provided by Element London Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered address Unit 9 Featherbed Court, Mixbury, Brackley, England, NN13 5RN and registered company number 07073848 (the “Prize Provider”), and funded by Universal Pictures International UK + Eire Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with registered address 1 Central St Giles, St Giles High Street, London WC2H 8NU and registered company number 05928737 (“Universal”). 5. Funds raised through the Draw will go to Barnardo’s Children’s Charity (Registered office address: Tanners Lane, Barkingside, Ilford, Essex IG6 1QG). Registered Charity No: 216250 / SC037605 (“Barnardo’s”).
6. By continuing with your entry into the Draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by the prize provider.
7. The Draw will open on 6th October 2025 for all entries and will close on (i) 19th October 2025, at 23.59 for online entries made via the Crowdfunder website and each relevant store closing time for point of sale entries at Barnardo’s retail premises and (ii) the 17th October 2025 at 17.00 for receipt of postal entries (the “Entry Period”).
Eligibility:
8. By submitting your entry into the Draw, you confirm that:

C. You will not enter the Draw on behalf of anybody under the age of 18.
9. You will provide the Promoter with accurate entry information as set out in paragraph 11 below, and you accept that it is your responsibility to keep us informed of any changes to this information as soon as reasonably possible by emailing [email protected].
10. We reserve the right to carry out any checks which we deem necessary to confirm eligibility (including ages and residency) for entry into the Draw and your entry may be declared void and you shall not be entitled to receive any prize if you are unable to substantiate, to our satisfaction, that you meet the conditions under paragraph 4 above.
11. Employees and volunteers of Barnardo’s, and employees of Woods, Crowdfunder, Universal or the Prize Provider who have direct involvement with the Draw, together with their close relatives, are excluded from playing.
Entering the Draw:
12. You may enter the Draw either by free postal entry or (at your own discretion) by making a payment via the Crowdfunder campaign or within Barnardo’s retail stores:
- A. For paid entry via the Crowdfunder website go to https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/wicked-for-good and choose the number of entries by selecting your chosen entry amount and enter your first name, surname and contact email address.

B. For paid entry via Barnardo’s point of sale devices in retail stores you will be asked for your first name, surname, contact telephone number and email address, and postal address, together with your chosen number of entries.

C. For free entry, submit your postal entry within an envelope, or on a postcard, (one entry per envelope or postcard). Write within the envelope or on the postcard your first name and surname, full address (no PO Box addresses will be accepted), contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number), email address (if available) and the title “Barnardo's and Wicked: For Good Prize Draw” and the Code 11125. Entries received in any other form will not be accepted. Please address the entry as follows and send via either first or second class post to: Barnardo's and Wicked: For Good Prize Draw, Bumpers Way, Chippenham SN14 6NG.
13. Please ensure that all the information required is included in the entry and that it is clearly written. Postal entries received without the correct postage or in illegible form, your entry will not be accepted.
14. No entry received outside of the relevant Entry Period will be accepted. Any paid entries received outside of the Entry Period will be treated as cash donations of unrestricted funds to Barnardo’s.
15. Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted.
16. Entrants may make multiple entries into the Draw. However, prizes are restricted to one prize per entrant.
The Draw:
17. The Winner will be selected using a random number generator on Friday 24th October 2025. This will be performed by Woods, whose details are above.
18. The order of drawing of winning ticket selection will determine the order of prizes allocated i.e. the first ticket drawn wins the first prize.
19. The Promoter will attempt to contact and confirm the winners using the details provided during business hours on Monday 27th October. The winners must confirm acceptance of the prize allocated to them within 48 hours of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted using reasonable efforts or if the prize is not accepted by the winner within these timeframes, then they will forfeit the prize, and it will be reallocated to reserve winners as drawn by the same method at the discretion of the Promoter.
20. A list of winners (first name and county) may be obtained by contacting the Barnardo’s Supporter Care team at [email protected], or 0300 003 2025 or by sending a self-addressed envelope to the Supporter Care team, Barnardo's, Tanners Lane, Barkingside, Ilford, Essex IG6 1QG.
21. If for any reason the Draw date needs to be delayed from the scheduled date, the Promoter will take all reasonable steps to notify all entrants of the change.
22. The Promoter’s decision and announcement of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Draw.
23. Winners may also be asked to provide certain publicity related material e.g. a photo and/or quote about their win for the Promoter to use on promotional materials Should you object to our doing so, please advise our Supporter Care team at [email protected].
The Prizes:
24. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for a prize of equivalent value. Details of the prize may be changed without notice. Barnardo’s will not be liable for any inaccuracies in prize descriptions or in any other way different to the expectations of the entrant.
25. No prize shall be transferable and there shall be no cash alternative to any of the prizes.
26. Winners will be responsible for making their own arrangements in relation to claiming the prize (such as travel to receive prize) unless expressly included within the prize description, which shall be at their own cost. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to notify the prize provider of any accessibility requirements relate to claiming the prize and all such arrangements shall be a matter as between the winner and the prize provider. No replacement prize will be available owing to the unavailability of the winner to claim a prize in accordance with its terms and conditions.
27. Neither the Promoter nor Universal or the Prize Provider shall be responsible for any failure of entrant to gain entry to any event and/or access or the prize owing to behaviours of that entrant or any person accompanying them or for any admission requirements or the cancellation or suspension of any events imposed by the prize provider (including as a result of government restrictions).
28. Entrants must note that the additional terms and conditions below apply to each of the prizes. Entrants must read these carefully and raise any queries with the Supporter Care team at [email protected].

Data Protection:
30. Barnardo’s will comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 to ensure your personal data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently. This includes using your data to administer your participation in the Draw, to communicate with you about the Draw, and for other purposes where we have a lawful basis, such as your consent or our legitimate interests.
31. Barnardo’s will work with trusted third-party partners to help administer the Draw. This includes:

Woods, who manage all postal entries and share relevant details with Barnardo’s for the purposes of draw administration and winner contact.

Barnardo’s Trading Ltd, which operates independently from Barnardo’s and shares entry information with Crowdfunder for processing.

Crowdfunder, who process online entries and entries received via our retail stores. Barnardo’s receives all entry data from Crowdfunder once the draw has closed, for the purposes of draw administration and contacting participants.
32. If you are selected as a winner, your entry details will be shared with the Prize Provider to facilitate prize fulfilment (e.g. issuing non-transferable tickets). All tickets will be subject to the Prize Provider’s terms and conditions.
33. Barnardo’s may also engage other third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf. These parties are contractually bound to use your data only for specified purposes and in accordance with data protection law.
34. Barnardo’s does not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
35. Barnardo’s may occasionally contact you to share updates about the work your contributions help fund and other ways you can support us. Barnardo’s will only contact you by Email, SMS, or telephone if you have given us explicit consent to do so. Barnardo’s may also contact you by post under our legitimate interests, unless you have opted out.

Complaints:
36. All complaints in relation to the Draw will be dealt with by Barnardo’s in accordance with its complaints procedure. Find out how to make a complaint
General:
37. The Promoter has the right to change or update the Draw terms and conditions at its discretion and Draw entrants are invited to regularly check www.barnardos.org.uk/wicked-for-good-prize-draw for updates. The promoter will update this page to reflect any changes.
38. None of the Promoter, Woods, Universal or its Prize Provider accept any responsibility for Draw entries, communications or prizes which are lost, stolen or delayed (including without limitation by way of postal delays, communications network, system or server errors, including errors in or unavailability of the Crowdfunder platform) or of the Barnardo’s point of sale devices and systems, damaged or illegible or for entries from which the prize winner cannot be identified or which have insufficient postage. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entry (and award any prize to an alternative winner) if it has grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to an entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection.
40. The Promoter reserves the right without notice or reason to cancel or refuse entry to the Draw. This decision shall be final and binding.
41. The Draw and these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
