Two young girls who look like sisters dressed in winter clothing are outdoors in a snowy setting. One is wearing a colourful striped scarf and a white knit hat, while the other has a striped beanie. Both are wearing gloves and dark jackets, and they are laughing at each other playfully. The background includes a wooden fence, and the image is framed with abstract blue and pink shapes.

Family Space: Coventry and Warwickshire winter wellness workshops

Supporting parents, building brighter futures

If you live in Coventry or Warwickshire join us for one of our free, online short sessions. Designed to give parents and carers practical advice, we’ll give you tips, tools, and confidence to help keep your family healthy and well over the winter.

We’re being supported by Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care Board and NHS England to offer these free parenting workshops for local families.

Our winter wellness sessions provide evening, weekend and daytime online sessions to help families manage common cold weather challenges like avoiding respiratory illnesses, preventing black mould and damp, getting support for fuel costs and staying mentally safe and well. Some of our Children and Family Centres in Warwickshire are also offering sessions face to face.
