What we do
Clacks Futures supports young people aged 16 – 26 who are care experienced and are currently living or returning to live in the Clackmannanshire area. We offer trauma informed therapeutic focussed support for young people to achieve the skills necessary to allow them to lead successful and productive lives. We understand that often young people have a variety of needs which requires staff to have a creative, flexible and intensive response when required.
We can help with
- Leaving home can be a challenge for anyone, but it can be even tougher if you’re a young person leaving care. We support young people with their transition to independent living, by offering advice, supported lodgings and help getting a job.
