What we do
Employability programme for 16 – 19 year olds from across Renfrewshire who struggle to engage with other provisions in a face to face environment. The course is 6 weeks long and consists of 2 weeks one to one, 2 weeks online and a final 2 weeks in a group setting. We would look to boost confidence in attending in a group setting and possibility of progressing to a longer face to face employability provision.

- We want children and young people to move into adulthood with hope and confidence. To help them do this we support young people into education, employment or training. We build their confidence, resilience and self-esteem through mentoring, work experience, volunteering, educational opportunities and qualifications.
