What is Move20?

Move20 is a virtual challenge. You can take on the challenge via Facebook by doing 20 minutes of activity every day throughout February. The aim is to move – you can walk, run, swim or dance. As long as you’re moving, it’ll count towards building a brighter future for children.

And remember, the more challenging the activity, the more money you’re likely to raise. Your fundraising helps us make sure that children, no matter who they are or what they have been through has the best outcome in life.
