You are easy to talk to, and it’s been very easy to open up with you. I feel like I’ve been listened to.
I liked the breathing triangle, I have used it and it has helped. I feel sessions have helped me to be calmer and not get angry as fast. Relationships at home are better for having the sessions.
Counselling has helped me grow a different mindset which is making feel happier. It's nice to be able to talk about how I am feeling.
The sessions have really helped me, I am now happier at school and more confident.
