Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1.   By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.

2.   The prize draw is being run by Barnardo’s.

Eligibility to enter

3.  The prize draw is free to enter.

4.  Only participants who have signed up to the Kidsmas Toddle with Ricky Zoom 2020 may take part in the prize draw.

5.  The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are resident of Great Britain, other than employees of Barnardo’s, others professionally associated with Barnardo’s and their immediate families.

6.   In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

7.   A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.

8.   Entrants will be required to make a donation of at least £1 through Barnardo’s Kidsmas Snowman donation page, JustGiving fundraising page, Facebook fundraising page, telephone donation or directly through the bank.

How to enter

9.   The prize draw will include those who have made a donation of at least £1 by 11.59pm on Friday 29 January 2021. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

10.   To   enter   the   prize draw simply bank the funds you raised from your Kidsmas Toddle with Ricky Zoom by 11.59pm on Friday 29 January 2021.

11.   Barnardo’s will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

12. The prize will be one Ricky’s House Playset, one Ricky Zoom Speed and Stunts Playset, one Ricky Zoom Bike Buddies Adventure Pack, one Light and Sounds Ricky and one Ricky Zoom Launch and Go Assortment.

 13. Barnardo’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

14. The winner will be drawn at random.

15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

16. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

17. The decision of Barnardo’s regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner announcement

18. The winner will be notified after Monday 1 February 2021 via the email provided during registration.

19. Barnardo’s will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.

20. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Barnardo’s reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

21. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

22. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Barnardo’s for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

23. All  entrants  may  apply  for  details  of  the  winning  participant  by  contacting us at [email protected].

24. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via Barnardo’s.

25. An announcement of the winner’s first name will be made via http://www.bigtoddle.org.uk

26. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Barnardo’s Privacy NotIce.

Limitation of Liability

27. Barnardo’s does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Barnardo’s does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

28. Barnardo’s does not provide any form of practical, IT support or warranty for any prize awarded          

General

29. Barnardo’s reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

30. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
