The Barnardo’s Youth Homeless service is based at the BAYS partnership in Swansea
The Youth Homeless Service provides both statutory and voluntary advice to young people aged 16 to 20 living in Swansea who are homeless or threatened with homelessness.
If you are 16 or 17 you will be seen by a social worker who will assess your situation. We can offer you support and mediation to try and help you to stay at home however if things are just too bad or there is an emergency we are also here to give you support should you go into temporary accommodation.
If you are 18-21 you will be seen by the Youth Homeless caseworker who will assess your situation and offer you advice on the options available to you.
Everyone in the Youth Homeless Service at the BAYS believes in children and young people. We are here to listen to you and help you make informed choices.
