Are you ready to take on the UK’s biggest and best obstacle course? The Inflatable 5K is now even bigger, bouncier, and better than before! With less running, more obstacles, new pumping music zones, and new locations, it’s going to be epic!

How to enter
There are Inflatable 5K events all around the country so find one local to you and get involved. The events are open to 5-year-olds and over, so children can sign up too!
There is no minimum sponsorship for these events, just raise as much as you can to support our work with children across the UK!
