    • Intensive Support Service for children and young people with ASC/LD who are currently in specialist inpatient settings or at risk of admission. • Co-production and collaborative shaping of service alongside families.

  • West Yorkshire Neurodevelopmental Family Navigator Pilot

    The West Yorkshire Neurodevelopmental Family Navigator Pilot improves the support for families who are waiting for neurodevelopmental assessment and increase capacity in the system for parental support. The Pilot works: 1. To provide pre-diagnostic peer support 2. Where possible, introduce experts by experience to help improve service experience.

  • Wester Hailes (Edinburgh) Co-op Service

    Our partnership with Co-op aims to help young people 10-25 years old with basic needs focused on food, mental wellbeing, and future opportunities. We will provide in-depth support in communities across the UK including in Wester Hails. Right now we are working with young people to design their community service which will be set up by the end of March 2024.

  • Weston Super Mare Mental Health Support in Schools

    We provide two Services Space To Talk is a confidential counselling service based in schools in Weston super Mare. This includes Broadoak; Hans Price; Voyager; Westhaven and Winterstoke. The service is available to students of the school and can be accessed through staff at the school or by completing the referral form.

  • Wetherell Nursery

    Wetherell Nursery is based in the borough of Hackney in Victoria Park, Wetherell provides child care provision and nursery education to children aged between 3 months and 5 years. We are open 51 weeks of the year, but also offer term time only sessions through 38weeks a year.

    Family Hubs provide accessible, integrated early help support for families from antenatal to 19 years (25 year with SEND). Supporting the overall health and wellbeing of children, young people and their families while narrowing the gap for the most vulnerable children and young people in the community.

    The core purpose is to ensure that all children have the Best Start in Life and achieve positive outcomes. A key focus of our service is on reaching the most vulnerable children & families. This will be achieved through a mixture of universal open access and targeted services.

    Residential Unit providing regular short breaks to children and young people with a range of physical, sensory and learning disabilities.

  • Wiltshire Short Breaks and Positive Activities service

    Group based short breaks throughout Wiltshire for disabled children aged 6-18. Includes Saturday clubs and holiday playschemes. Clubs are available for families who have registered for local offer funding with Wiltshire council and have chosen the Barnardo's clubs option.

    Wirral advocacy – Child protection We support young people who are aged 10-18 years old who have a child protection plan in place to support their family. We help young people to understand the child protection process and to share their views within this process to ensure that their voice is heard within the decision making process.
