Barnardo's will work in partnership with Birmingham and Solihull Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to deliver a dynamic local service to support children and young people 0-25 years with a particular focus on 14-25 living with a learning disability, autism or both with the most complex needs who are inpatients or at risk of being admitted to hospital.
A programme funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund for young people with SEND who wish to explore issues relating to gender and identity through the medium of fashion. The project will run over one year in partnership with Wiltshire museum and heritage centre.
Providing health skills workshops to disabled young people aged 14-25 years old living in West Sussex.
These workshops take place during the holidays or weekends empowering young people to take ownership and control of their health and access local health services.
