    Bespoke individual and group supports for children, young people and families. Programs of support will be co-designed and tailored to the individual’s needs and will use focussed, issue-based 1:1 support and parenting support to achieve lasting positive change.

    Early intervention and prevention to young dads and parents and children at risk of entering the safeguarding or looked after arena. Support is 1:1 or group, around parenting, lifestyles, housing and homelessness, substance misuse, mental health, education ,employment and training.

    Nurture Services provides a wide range of universal and specialist opportunities on site to promote family wellbeing, our staff are skilled at delivering services to children at different ages and stages. Children and families are at the core of everything we do, we have the space to accommodate group work activities and individual packages of support.

    Big Manchester North is funded through The Barnardos Foundation. It is a child focussed family service, which provides a holistic package of support addressing the impacts of domestic abuse, substance misuse and mental health issues on children - through a partnership arrangement of Barnardos, Manchester Women's Aid Inc Pankhurst Trust, Manchester MIND and CGL.

    Working across the City of Birmingham, the service will provide beds, bedding, and other essentials for safe sleeping to children identified via Education and/or Early Help with a focus on supporting schools across the city.

  • Blaenau Gwent - Achieving Change Together Service (ACT)

    The Barnardo's Achieving Change Together 'ACT' Service is an empowering holistic model of support for children, with a disability, and their families. The service will consider the needs of the family as a whole. The Barnardo's ACT Service will provide support to families whose child or children are 0-17 years and present with a diagnosed physical/learning disability.

  • Bradford Parenting Cygnet Service

    This programme is designed for parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-18 with an autistic spectrum condition. This is a core Cygnet programme which is delivered over six, two and a half - three hour sessions which sequentially work towards behaviour management and covers a number of topics Please note there is a new updated Core Programme available from March 2017

  • Bridgend Practical Home Management Service

    Our service is a volunteer led service where volunteers can offer one to one weekly support on practical home management matters. Our aim is to empower families by supporting them to gain skills to manage their home more effectively. Our volunteers can support you if you live in Bridgend County Borough Council and you are not receiving support from Adult or Children Social Services.
