  • St Helens Dynamic Keyworker Service

    The Barnardo’s St Helens Dynamic Keyworker service supports children and young people up to the age of 25 who have a learning disability and/or autism. We support young people with the most complex needs who are in crisis, at risk of admission to a mental health inpatient unit or who are in hospital.

    Barnardo's Transition and Inclusion Service (TIS) supports young people aged 16-21 with a learning disability, autism and/or physical disability in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) area of Northern Ireland as they transition into adult services.     Wakefield CAPS provides an Advocacy and an Independent Visitor service to children and young people where Wakefield are the responsible local authority. If young people are in care, have a child protection or Education Health and Care Plan or being supported by the Youth Offending Team we should be able to support them.
