The support provided will be unique to each family as the support required will be different depending on each families circumstance/situation. We work with families and their children aged 0-25.

    BUZZ Specialist Youth Groups - the service provides 3 clubs per week term time only to provide fun activities for up to 6 young people per group with SEND with the East Riding of Yorkshire. Referrals are through the commissioner.

    To provide specific family support interventions for families with a disabled child living in Denbighshire. Based on a key working model, the aim will be to offer early interventions to families by providing parental support, advice and signposting as well as some direct services to children and young people.

  • Holiday Club Short Breaks Group

    Are you looking for something fun to do in the holidays? The Holiday Club is a group for 8 - 19 year olds with individual needs who would like to make new friends and have fun. There will be lots of different creative and fun activities to join in with. The group runs on a Thursday and Friday from 10am - 3pm

  • Junior Art Attack - Short Breaks Group

    Junior Art Attack is for 4 – 8 year olds with individual needs who enjoy all things arty. Activities will include, art, music and dance. This is a chance for you to show off your creativity.     Sendiass (Special Educational Needs Disability Information Advice Support Service) provides free impartial information, advice and support to disabled children and young people aged 0-25, and those with SEN, through their parents and carers. Young people aged 16+ can have support in their own right.

    The Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice require all local authorities to offer an information, advice, and support service from birth to 25 years for parents, carers, and young people with SEND. This support should empower families to express their views and wishes and help you and your child to understand and exercise their rights.
