See, Hear, Respond Scotland is here to help children, young people and families cope with the Covid-19 crisis.
In response to COVID-19, we have a number of ways to offer you support if you live in Scotland:

Our online referral forms below are made for you to talk about a number of things:
- anxieties (or other feelings) about living with COVID restrictions and lockdown
- being in school
- help with isolation
- help with particular things such as those with health vulnerabilities or disabilities
- relationships with parents and family
- stress or money problems
- keeping safe and well during covid
- using online methods of communication and media safely

Support hub
Our support hub is a space for parents, carers and young people to access a range of materials, resources and much more to help deal with some of the challenges the pandemic has presented.

The Mental Health Sub-Hub features lots of useful resources to help you prioritise yours and your children’s mental health.

In the Supporting Families Sub-Hub you will find a range of resources, tools, videos and more focused on supporting your family during the pandemic.

We know that helping children navigate the internet can be a real concern for many parents and carers. The Online Life Sub-Hub features guides and resources to help you talk to your child.

In the back to school sub hub you will find a range of resources, tools, videos and more to help you support your child’s journey going back to school.

Special Educational Needs & Disability
The SEND Sub-Hub features information and resources for children with complex needs, such as children and young people with special educational needs and disability (SEND).

The Young Carers Sub-Hub is where you will find a range of resources, tools, videos to support you as a young carer dealing with increased pressure during the pandemic.
