Right now, young people across the UK are struggling with their mental health and wellbeing.

Children and young people are feeling lonely, anxious about the future and  disconnected from their peers. Families are facing financial pressures, sometimes feeling abandoned without their usual support networks.

With your support, we can continue to provide vital virtual counselling and activities for those in need.

How we’re helping

Concerns about mental health have been the most common reason for referral to our See, Hear, Respond partnership (almost 60%) - through which we’ve provided a lifeline of help and support to thousands of children hidden from services as a result of Covid.

With the money raised during our crisis appeal last year, we were able to provide 4,760 mental health and wellbeing packs. This means we helped close to 5,000 young people and families to cope with their mental health issues, which in many cases had been brought about or exacerbated by the pandemic. Thanks to generous donations from our supporters, we raised more money than expected and have been able to continue providing this support.

Please help us continue to provide specialist mental health and wellbeing support to those in need by making a donation today.

The colouring books have definitely been helping me to relax, which has been difficult to do during these times. Especially with some of my problems.
