Head of Operations Barnardo’s London and East of England Region
Hi, my name is Errol John and I have worked for Barnardo's for over 16 years. My substantive post is Head of Operations for the London and East of England, Barnardo’s LEASE region. As a member of the Regional Management Team I am jointly responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of the region which currently has 63 services and a budget in the region in excess of £30million, plus 700 staff and numerous volunteers.
Since joining Barnardo's I have been continually impressed by the quality of our services, the commitment and dedication of the staff and the way in which the organisation strives to enliven its Basis and Values through a range of equality and diversity initiatives.
I have enjoyed my time here...long may it continue.
