Worcestershire Short Breaks Service
We provide family and community-based short breaks and support for disabled children, young people and their families across the county of Worcestershire.
The services we offer for children and young people include:
- overnight stays or day care with short break foster carers
- sitting or befriending services, provided by a team of specially trained support workers and buddies
- youth groups for older children and teenagers.
