Volunteers play a vital role in Barnardo's and in the North West we have a wide selection of volunteering opportunities depending on your interest and skills; whether it is working directly with children, in our offices or in our shops.

We also offer 3 month internships, based either in the North West Regional office or regional services. The internships run in summer, spring and autumn.
Barnardo's volunteer internships provide volunteer interns with the following:
