Your View at the Forth Bridge 2018

Following the success of last year's event, we're delighted to announce that Your View at the Forth Bridge will be returning on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September 2018!


There are 600 tickets available over the weekend. If you would like to register your interest for pre-sale tickets, please do so using the button below:

Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase on Monday 25th June.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Tuesday 26th June.

By registering your interest, you will receive an email on Monday 25th June allowing you to purchase tickets in our pre-sale that day*. You have until Sunday 24th June at 11.30pm to register your interest in purchasing tickets in our pre-sale. You will then be emailed by Barnardo's on Monday with an exclusive link and passwork to purchase tickets before they go on general release.

If you are unsuccessful in the pre-sale on Monday 25th June, the remaining tickers go on sale to the general public on Tuesday 26th June and the link for tickets will bemade available through this webpage - please check back on Tuesday. You will not need to register to purchase the general public tickets. You do not have to register the interest of every person that would like to attend, just the person who would like to purchase the tickers for your couple or group.

Event details

Your View at the Forth Bridge is a unique opportunity, brought to you in partnership with Network Rail and Balfour Beatty, with all profits from the event going to Barnardo's Scotland. This exclusive experiences allows you to view the Edinburgh and Fife coastlines as you have never seen them before - from this unique viewing platform 361ft up! Tickets are £50 per person and the full experience will last approximately 1 hour.

Groups of up to 13 people will arrive on site to check-in, before being taken into our Forth Bridge on-site exhibition hosted by the Briggers. Here you will be told stories about the bridhe and the people involved in its construction, through an archive of materials and videos. Following this, you will be given a saefty briefing and escorted to the hoist. This is an external metal lift that is on the east side of the North cantilever. Once you are 361ft high on the platform, the group will be guided around the views with particular points of interest highlighted. A photographer will be stationed on the platform in order to capture memories of this once in a lifetime experience.

Guests must be 18 years old and over to attend.
