Children in trouble campaign - advertising films

Break the cycle

young girl crying behind bars

Every day we work with hundreds of children and young people like the girl in this film. Evidence shows that children who are most at risk of criminality and antisocial behaviour are also those who are the most disadvantaged.

What we hear

We know it can be hard to look past the angry teenager and really hear what they are saying. Many of our services have to do this everyday because changing entrenched patterns of behaviour in families is a long-term task.

Give him your hand

We believe that the majority of young people who start down the path of bad behaviour can be helped to change direction. Our services and early intervention work reach out to these young people, so that they can turn their lives around.

Hunting

The shocking but real dialogue that features in this film gives a clear indication of how the UK today is demonising its children.

About the campaign film: Hunting

This film features people using firearms illegally. The events shown are not real – the film is a fictional metaphor based on comments taken from UK newspaper websites.  This film does not reflect the behaviour of legitimate shotgun holders or hunting communities, nor it is intended to suggest that these communities hold the views portrayed in the film.
