Barnardo's Training and Consultancy is an income generating part of the Barnardo’s children’s charity. As such, we’re proud to be able to reinvest surplus from this arm of work back into developing our innovative, proven and child-centred services.

We use our experience of working in the most complex and challenging situations over the last 140 years, to build tailor made solutions to meet your training or consultancy needs. We will also work with you to evidence the difference the training or consultancy has made to you.

We can design and deliver training opportunities including face-to-face training events or blended learning approaches including e-learning to cover an array of training areas. We work with any size group to support every level from new inductees, through to senior practitioners and managers.

We also have a team of experienced consultants and training consultants who have substantial experience in providing consultancy support to meet your needs. We work in partnership with you to achieve maximum impact and the very best possible results.

We can provide references from previous customers and pride ourselves on being invited back again to work with former customers. We are keen to ensure high levels of satisfaction with the work we deliver by all who commission us.
