Core staff at Training Learning Consultancy
Jon Doble is Assistant Director for Barnardo’s and leads the Barnardo’s South West Training Learning Consultancy Service. Jon has 25 years experience in social care and services to children and families, having worked as a social work practitioner and manager in both statutory and voluntary settings. As a senior manager in Barnardo’s Jon has wide experience of service development and management, partnership working and strategic development work with statutory and voluntary partners. Jon can be contacted to discuss any aspect of the service further.
Fran Simmonds is our Business Support Officer and manages the administration and support side of the service. Fran works with a range of partner agencies identifying support needs and creative solutions as well as supporting the training courses delivered across the region by the service.
Jacqui Heap is our Learning & Development Consultant and has a lead role in developing our training services. Jacqui is an experienced social worker and trainer with a wide breadth of experience to draw on. Jacqui works with a range of specialist trainers and practitioners to ensure that your learning experience is high quality and meets the learning needs of your staff.
