Our consultancy and support work provides a tailored service to help you improve your services to children and families. We have a wealth of experience on which to draw and we are committed to working with others to support the development of quality services to children and families.

A key issue for many hard pressed managers is finding the capacity and time to undertake development or review work and to find experienced staff to carry out short or medium term project work. Our Consultancy & Support Service is designed to help you solve such issues by providing a tailor made service to meet your specific needs. As well as the core staff from the Training, Learning & Consultancy Service we can draw on a range of highly skilled and experienced managers when specialist knowledge is required. We also have a team of accredited associate consultants who have experience and knowledge that can be drawn on.

We are committed to providing you with a quality service that meets your needs;

  • We will always work with you to identify precisely what work you want undertaken and will agree the desired outcomes you expect us to achieve as part of a “Commissioned Work Agreement”. This work will always be undertaken as part of the process of negotiation before you have decided whether we are the right people to work with you.
  • We will always provide regular updates on the progress of the work we undertake for you and agree any refocusing that you need to be made.
  • We will always work with you to review the work we have done to ensure that we maintain a quality service that learns from experience.
