Positive Behaviour Management
This topic aims to develop knowledge, skills and confidence in dealing with children and young people’s challenging behaviour whilst empowering them to manage their behaviour effectively.
As well as demonstrating appropriate behaviour management techniques, the course will help learners to identify and describe their own preferred style of intervention and understand the emotional implications that a crisis situation has on the worker.
