Training
At Barnardo’s tlc we can design training events for any size group to support every level from social workers through to executive management teams.
Events are geared for a range of learning and development needs, from raising basic awareness of how to protect children in society to meeting continuous professional development (CPD) needs of senior practitioners in any profession.
We even offer 'Train the Trainers' courses where key members of staff attend external training and then return to their organisations empowered to deliver training and cascade the subject matter internally to colleagues.
