Barnardo’s TLC is the service within Barnardo’s offering training, learning and consultancy – providing support services to the development of work with children and families across the South West. Barnardo’s has extensive experience of innovative work with children and young people and in working in partnership with statutory, voluntary and community organisations.
We aspire to being a solution-focused organisation with a strong emphasis on children’s rights and participation, inclusion and the promotion of innovative evidence-based practice.
