Aim

To develop a practice understanding and application of Planning, Performance and Processing of effective team working.
To increase the capacity for knowledge of each other to be shared, and develop a safe working ethos in order to rake risks that enable diversity to be fully utilised.
To reduce interpersonal stress and inhibiting, self-limiting practices and increase cooperative behaviours.

Learning outcomes

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

demonstrate a greater awareness of group dynamics and how we can all contribute towards positive and negative patterns
improve creativity and engagement that supports the development of more effective working patterns
utilise a frame work for reflective learning and continuing professional development.
