- To gather personally relevant insights into ‘what makes people tick’ and triggers.
- To develop concepts and practices that utilise these insights to support others through conflict resolution.
- To gain an understanding of how power and rank can be used positively.
Learning outcomes
By the end of the session participants will be able to:
- understand and consider a theoretical framework of how people interact, and how to apply this understanding in direct work with children, young people and their parents/carers
- provide a frame work for reflective learning and continuing professional development
- use a variety of tools and strategies to support and improve ability to manage conflict
- enable others to develop personal strategies that can facilitate change
- utilise a frame work for reflective learning and continuing professional development.
