How we work
There are five clear steps to the Barnardo's tlc process:
- our experienced trainers and consultants will meet with you to discuss your training, learning and consultancy needs
- we will select the most suitable resources and assessment methods and submit a proposal detailing these, along with costs and timings
- if you decide to proceed, we put a formal agreement in place
- we then deliver the project
- after the project has been delivered we will conduct a post implementation review to check that we have met your objectives and to identify your return on investment
