Barnardo's Swansea Children Matter project provides a range of services for children and their families in the Mynyddbach and Penlan areas.

We aim to make a positive difference to the lives of families and their children identified as having difficulties with behaviour, school issues or social difficulties.

We believe that all children have a right to be:

• free from poverty, abuse and discrimination
• seen as a useful member of their family, school and community
• not discriminated against or excluded by the services that they use, or the communities in which they live
• supported to discover the valuable things that they can contribute to the people around them.
