Winners Club - Workplace Lottery
The unique workplace lottery with the chance to win cash prizes!
From just £1 per week, employees donate directly to Barnardo’s from their pay with the chance to win a quarterly cash prize.
Even small, regular donations make a big difference. If just 10 employees donated as little as a £1 a week for a year, this could pay for one month’s worth of support group sessions for 80 young people whose parents misuse drugs and alcohol.
We work in the heart of local communities across the UK. Chances are there’s a project near you, so you are changing lives where you live and work.
Here are just a few examples of how your £1 a week could mark a real turning point in the life of a child in desperate need:
- 2 employees’ donations could pay for two weeks’ running costs of a community youth group for children living in disadvantaged areas
- 10 employees’ donations could pay for 20 sets of special toys and books for families with a severely disabled child
- 20 employees’ donations could pay for ten sexually abused children to have three sessions with a psychologist to help rebuild their lives.

Winners Club has proven very popular, with more than 500 UK employers currently operating the scheme. What are the benefits for employees?
Unlike other payroll schemes, you not only donate to Barnardo’s, but have the added bonus of winning a quarterly cash prize. A great thing about the Club is that the more people who join and the more weekly chances they buy, the bigger the prizes. Our biggest Winners Club has a quarterly prize fund of £1,800. The scheme is easy to opt in and out of, giving you full control over your giving.
