Ten years old in 2008, Winners Club is Barnardo’s workplace lottery. From just £1 per week, employees donate directly to Barnardo’s from their pay with the chance to win a quarterly cash prize.
What are the benefits?
- Workplace giving is one of the easiest ways for employees to give regularly to charity. Winners Club has the added bonus of a cash back prize.
- Winners Club is easy to set up and has proven very popular as more than 600 UK employers currently operate the Winners Club scheme.
- Employees donate £1 each week to Barnardo’s from their net pay with the chance to win a quarterly cash prize
- For every 20 members, there is a £52 quarterly cash prize
- Each quarter the company split the total donations – 80% is sent directly to Barnardo’s and the remaining 20% is the cash prize fund.
