Q. How can I get involved with the service?

A. We accept both self referrals and agency referrals from GPs, health visitors and social workers. If you‘d like to find out more about referrals please contact us.

Q. Is the service confidential?

A. SOFAH offers a confidential service, except in exceptional circumstances where someone is at risk of abuse or harm, in which case we might be required to notify a relevant agency.

Q. Is the service free?

A. Yes, the services are free though there may be a small cost for some of the after school or holiday activities, however this will be nominal.
